What you are buying. A digital book — The Attic Goldmine Handbook — delivered as a PDF download through Gumroad immediately after purchase. There is no physical item and nothing is shipped.
Your licence. The book is for your own personal use. You may read it on your own devices and print a copy for yourself. Please do not resell it, republish it, or distribute copies.
What the book is. Educational information about collectible toys, written by a collector. It is not a professional appraisal service and it is not financial, tax, or legal advice, and buying it does not create a professional relationship of any kind.
Values and figures. Every price in the book is a range drawn from completed public sales, not a promise of what any item will fetch. Toy values move with condition, completeness, region, venue and demand. Verify any figure against current sold results before you buy or sell, and for anything of significant value seek a qualified appraiser or specialist auction house.
Trade marks. Brand and toy-line names are used descriptively, for identification purposes only. No affiliation with or endorsement by any manufacturer is claimed or implied.
